Don't want to Sell, Don't want to Buy, would love to be able to simply swap?  We are contemplating starting up a scheme such as this, so keep an eye on this page:
 
If for example you own in Tenerife Royal Garden (Tenerife) - One Bedroom - Week 25 and you want to swap to say Club La Costa (Malaga) similar size apartment, one week anytime in September, you could email us with the details.  (We are using these two particular resorts as an example only, the resorts can be anywhere within Europe, and the criteria yours as specified)

 
If this scheme generates enough interest we will post a TIMESHARE PERMANENT SWAP table on this site detailing the timeshare swap requests.  -   We will contact you to ask for a small administration charge for your proposed swop to be featured on this table.  

As interest increases we will marry the requests and if a swop can be agreed, then The Resale Office will professionally Transfer the Title for both parties, for a one off commission & change of title fee per transfer.
